New England Patriots defensive tackle Lawrence Guy and his wife, Andrea, celebrated the birth of their fourth child together at the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Miami over Mother’s Day weekend. They decided to spread the blessings to the other 75 mothers that were residing in the neonatal intensive care unit on Mother’s Day.
The Guys gifted each of the 75 moms a bouquet of flowers and a Mother’s Day card to celebrate the holiday, a kind gesture that surely meant a lot to each of the mothers going through the journey of childbirth over the weekend.

Per the NFLPA, every last one of the “underprivileged moms” in the NICU building received the gift.
Naturally, a feel-good story from a first-class family like this one didn’t go unnoticed on Twitter. It invoked no shortage of praise and overall feelings of positivity from just about everybody who came across it.

The foundation’s mission statement is to “Provide resources and opportunities for financially disadvantaged families.” Each year, the foundation provides 200 families with Thanksgiving meals, as well as hosts a holiday shopping spree for underprivileged children in a partnership with Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Guy’s continued effort and commitment to excellence off the field resulted in him being the Patriots’ 2022 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee.
