The Week 11 Monday Night Football offering is the last NFL International Series offering, as two NFC West teams head to Mexico for a crucial clash. With the San Francisco 49ers facing the Arizona Cardinals at Estadio Azteca, there are some important names on both sides that are questionable. Therefore, the NFL inactives list for this game could have a huge bearing on the potential outcome.
Let’s take a loot who is at risk of missing this 49ers vs. Cardinals matchup and see how the final injury reports shaped up for the week.
With game-day rules for NFL games only allowing up to 48 players to “dress” each week, the remaining players on the roster must be named inactives. Teams generally carry 53 to 55 players on their active roster at any time, meaning the remaining players must be designated as inactive.

Latest 49ers and Cardinals Injury Report
49ers Week 11 Injury Report
An initial glance at the 49ers’ injury report on Thursday could have caused alarm. Nick Bosa, Charvarius Ward, and Trent Williams were all listed among the players not present at practice. However, a further examination would have revealed that all were non-injury related situations and were more about rest. All three were back at practice on Friday.
The situations for Arik Armstead (foot, ankle), Samson Ebukam (quad, Achilles), and Danny Gray (ankle) were different. All three were dealing with injuries, with Armstead and Ebukam absent from practice, while Gray was limited. Gray, however, was able to practice in full Friday.
Unfortunately, Armstead was absent all week before being ruled out. Ebukam did at least manage a limited practice on Friday and Saturday. He is listed as questionable and has a shot to play Monday night.
Cardinals Injury Report
The Cardinals’ injury report to open the week had a total of 10 players on it. Five were non-participants on Thursday, with four limited and one full participant (Matt Prater).
The non-participants were WR DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring), S Budda Baker (ankle), TE Zach Ertz (Knee), OT D.J. Humphries (back), and CB Byron Murphy (back). Ertz, Humphries, and Murphy missed practice all week and were ruled out on Saturday. Hopkins and Baker were limited on Friday, with Baker further upgrading to full on Saturday. Hopkins remained limited on Saturday and is questionable for Monday.
The players listed as limited were (OL Max Garcia (shoulder), LB Markus Golden (illness), QB Colt McCoy (knee), and QB Kyler Murray (hamstring). Golden and McCoy were both upgraded to full participants on Friday and had no status heading into Monday. Meanwhile, Murray and Garcia both remained limited all week and are questionable for this Week 11 game.
